Itillect Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Itillect) uses the privacy policy to demonstrate respect for the privacy of users of its websites.

What does the privacy policy mean?

• This document concerns personal information collected by Itillect through its website and its management.

• The current document defines the position and intentions of Itillect in the field of processing and protection of personal data, in order to respect and protect the rights and freedoms of everyone and, in particular, the right to privacy, personal and family secrets, the protection of their honor and good name.

• The policy is strictly enforced by the managers and employees of all Itillect structural units.

• The Policy applies to all personal data of subjects processed in Itillect with and without the use of automation tools.

• Any subject of personal data has access to this Policy.

• Personal data - any information relating to a directly or indirectly defined or identifiable natural person (citizen). I.e. such information, in particular, can be referred to: Name, year, month, date and place of birth, address, family, social and property status, education, profession, income, health status and other information.

• Processing of the personal data - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) with the personal data made with or without use of means of automation. • Under safety of the personal data Itillect understands protection of the personal data from illegal or casual access to them, destruction, change, blocking, copying, granting, distribution of the personal data, and also from other illegal actions concerning the personal data and accepts necessary legal, organizational and technical measures for protection of the personal data.

• Processing and security of personal data in Itillect is carried out in accordance with the requirements of international standards and local regulations. Including the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 152-FZ "About the personal data", subordinate legal acts, other cases defining and features of processing of the personal data of federal laws of the Russian Federation, directing and methodical documents of FSTEC of Russia and FSB of Russia.

  • - preventing the processing of personal data that is incompatible with the purpose of collecting personal data;

  • - not to combine databases containing personal data which are processed for purposes that are incompatible with each other;

  • - the processing of personal data that meets the purpose of their processing;

  • - processing of the personal data is carried out with the consent of the subject of the personal data on processing of his personal data;

  • - the processing of personal data is necessary to achieve the goals provided by the law, to implement and fulfill the functions, powers and duties assigned by the legislation to the operator;

  • - processing of the personal data is necessary for realisation of the rights and legitimate interests of Itillect or the third parties or for achievement of socially significant purposes provided that the rights and freedom of the subject of the personal data are not broken thus;

  • - processing of the personal data, access of an unlimited circle of persons to which is given by the subject of the personal data or at its request is carried out;

  • - processing of personal data subject to publication or mandatory disclosure in accordance with federal law.

  
  

• In cases established by law, Itillect has the right to transfer personal data of citizens.

• Itillect deletes or impersonalizes personal data when the processing purpose is achieved or when it is no longer necessary to achieve the processing purpose.

Collection and use of personal information

• Itillect automatically receives and records non-personal information in its server logs from users' browsers, including your IP address, cookies and the addresses of requested pages. Itillect may use this information to customize the ads and content that you see and request for certain products and services. However, Itillect does not use this information.

Transfer and disclosure of information

• Itillect may disclose your personal information to third parties who operate on behalf of our company - Itillect provides products and services. For this purpose, we share information with third parties. In doing so, we will agree on a privacy policy.

Tracking User ID

• Itillect uses Google Analytics and Yandex Metrika to track and analyze site visits and effectiveness. Google Analytics and Yandex Metrika uses a unique user ID if the user has logged in under his or her own name.

• On behalf of Google Analytics Itillect and Yandex Metrika tracks user activity, location, language, browser, operating system, provider and devices used to access itillect.ru. We track this information to better track our customers.

• Itillect will not upload data that allows Google and Yandex to identify a person (e.g. name, social security number, email address or any other personal information) or information that identifies a particular device (e.g. IP address).
