As a customer, you are responsible for your decision to purchase the offered product as it is offered on our website without any changes or additions. The bonuses provided by our partners are also not services/products that can be returned to you.
In view of the above, we may return the product under the following circumstances:
The product has not been provided: for any reason related to obtaining access details, downloading the product from the user's personal account or server operation. In this case, we recommend that you contact us for assistance. All claims related to the delivery of the company's products are resolved in the department of Billing. To do so, you must contact us in writing within 14 days of placing an order. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded;

Please note that we do not accept any responsibility and therefore do not accept requests for product returns/changes, that are incompatible with third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search filters, scripts, extensions, etc.), except as specified in the description of our additional products. We also do not provide support for third party applications.
